MY QUESTIONS TO ALL MY INDIANS
1. Terrorism and Vote-Bank Politics:
If Congress felt POTA was NDA’s finding, then, after removing POTA, why no new Terror law was made..? Why do we have to spend lakhs of rupees for Kasab’s Lawyer and his security and to prove him whether he is Juvenile or Adult..?
(People argue that even when “POTA” was in force, parliament attack and akshardham attack took place, and then what’s the need of POTA..? Well, in that case we have section 302 that punish some 1 who is involved in murder. Yet murders take place isn’t? POTA is not only to prevent terrorism but to punish those who are booked under POTA. It gives special rights to investigation team. POTA’s center was if during investigation, arrested person’s statement is considered as a valid identity and then one do not need to go to the court to prove it. Look at Kasab’s case. Just to prove whether he is Pakistani or not….Our Pranab Mukherjee flew all the way to Washington and now whether he is Juvenile or not.)
UPA and especially congress keep saying that Kandahar was NDA’s failure. But media is hiding the truth. When Kandahar incident took place, Mr. Vajpayee called up ALL PARTY MEETING where in all the party members including Dr.Singh agreed to save our Indian citizens. All media that time was showing clippings and interviews of hijacked family members 24 by 7.
UPA member alliance LJP party chief Ram Vilas Pasvan many times in a public speech has mentioned that those refugees who have entered in Assam and West Bengal from Bangladesh should be given Ration Card. What a vote-bank politics isn’t it?
Our Dr.singh in his recent press conference again mentioned that “India’s Muslims have first right on India’s Rescources”. Dr. Singh being a PM it was expected that you will say “India’s POOR have their first right on India’s Resources”. POOR means all. Be it Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Tribal etc. This kind of statement is a real shock from Dr. Singh
Indian Supreme Court gave direction to Central Government to hang AFZAL GURU who was convicted under POTA for his role in attack on Parliament. By not hanging him, what indications UPA is giving to Terrorists?
Today more than External Terrorism, India’s main concern is Internal Terrorism in the form of Naxalites. Every day we read about policemen and their family members being attacked and killed by Naxalites. What have UPA done to prevent the same? Simply nothing.
Scenario post 26/11 in Mumbai was a real shock. When all people of Mumbai and India were protesting against Government’s soft stand against Terrorism, Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh and RR Patil resigned due to pressure from Centre. But to become a CM of Maharashtra, Mr. Narayan Rane simply had war of words with Deshmukh. What a Shame Mr.Rane…!
2) Common Man’s Pocket:
In last 5 years, prices of essential commodities have shoot up like anything. First it was Inflation and now Deflation. Keeping aside these economical words, do we feel that commodities prices have gone up..? The answer is YES. For the first time ever since Independence, India was forced to IMPORT wheat. And that’s not all… Mr. Sharad Pawar is too busy in his Cricket Development that he could not see what’s happening in Vidarbha even after Central Govt declared Loan-waiver for farmers. Because as per Agricultural Society of India, only 4% of 4900 farmers are eligible for this waiver in Maharashtra.
Worst part was when Indian Farmer was selling his wheat to Centre @ 800 per Quintal and when When India Imported additional wheat from OTHER COUNTRIES….. Center agreed to pay 1900 per Quintal. Why so much of price difference? In whose pocket does the difference amount went? Same is the case with Sugar and Tur Daal. And Sharad Pawar’s comment on Rice was so childish. When asked about reason for scarcity of Rice in India, he said that “Since many people in SOUTH have INCREASED their consumption of rice and less production of rice have caused the problem.” I don’t know what to comment on this.
Lot of people will agree to the fact that Mr Lalu Yadav has made Indian Railways Profitable which is a Miracle. I agree but does anyone knows SECRET behind this? True, that he has not increased the rail fair, introduced Garib Raths, started Sampark Kranti express etc etc. BUT….did u also noticed that TATKAL TICKETS QUOTA has been increased from 5% to 50%? Not only that, Tatkal Charges shoot up to 150.00 per ticket. Not only this, Tatkal tickets are being issued in Waiting List Tickets also and In last 5 days if any cancellation takes place then Tatkal WL ticket holders are given first priority over other general WL tickets holder. This has significantly increased Railway’s revenue. Isn’t it defeating the purpose of Tatkal for which it was introduced? Look at the conditions some of our busiest Railway Terminus in India..like Bandra Terminus (Road from Bandra east station to Terminus), Nizamuddin and New Delhi (Full of dirt and garbage around the terminus), Howrah (No space to walk on narrow bridges) and many more..!! If it is making profit and then not even once in last 5 years Laluji noticed all this.
3) Infrastructure Development and Rural India:
When in 2004, UPA came into power, their manifesto said that they will give employment to 1.5 crore but in reality they were able to give employment to only 7 lakhs people. Rojgar Guarantee Yojna was a total flop where they promised to give 100-day employment to all those who don’t have job in Rural India. But this is not happening due to lack of Govt’s Infrastrucutre projects.
No new national highway has been constructed from last 5 years and not even a single state or region in rural area has been provided with 24 by 7 electricity (Except Gujarat, where it is the only state where state govt of BJP has been in surplus in power generation and has been providing 24 by 7 electricity to all the villages from last 3 years under Jyotirgram Yojna)
Take for example our very own Mumbai where CONGRESS-NCP is ruling from last 9 years but only 2 fly overs have been constructed. Bandra-Worli sea link project from last 8 years is still not completed and again the date has been postponed from 6th June 2009 to December 2009. Traffic in Mumbai today was like never before. Even Metro project for 2nd and 3rd Phase has not begun due to High debt on state government. Even for the first phase, even though work has begun but since work has begun without finding alternative route of travelling during metro construction, traffic has been enormous. Be it the issue of converting auto rickshaw and taxi 100% to CNG like Delhi and Ahmedabad, state govt has failed to take any decision on this front. Be it removing Unauthorized street hawkers near stations or Creation of Parking Lots like Delhi or finding solution for those who resides in slum near International Airport in Kurla and Sakinaka, due to the lack of Political will, present government is a total failure even after in Centre also, there is a Congress led government. And the worst part is even though Mumbai contributes highest % in terms of Income tax to the central govt, in return, it gets almost nothing….!!!! And as per the Economic Report on states, Maharashtra has fallen to 6th Rank in 2009 from 1st Rank 7 years ago. We still have load shading in Mumbai (Mostly in Kanjur, Bhandup and Mulund) forget about rural Maharashtra. Even after 26th July flood, Mithi River Project Work is STILL going on… No one to ask.
4) INDIAN CULTURE:
UPA alliance and Congress off late have started being secularist. Don’t know why..? Here is the explanation. Congress has done something which is really shocking and is a threat for India’s GENx…
How many of us know about what is happening with our 2 and 1 rupee coins?
UPA Government in New Delhi has seen to it that a Map of India has been removed from these new two Rupees and one Rupee Coins and now bearing the Christian Cross. The Christian Cross put on the two Rupee Coins of 2006 is a replica of the Christian Cross seen on the coins issued by Louis the Pious (778-840 AD), King of France shown below. Coin of Louis the Pious (778 - 840 AD).
Ambika Soni from Congress filed an affidavit in Supreme Court to Demolish “Ram Setu” and also stated that “There was nothing called Lord Ram borne”. We need to ask them first of all, after demolishing Ram setu what will they get? And the way they are saying that “Lord Ram” was not borne.. Can they also say the same about Jesus or Mohd? Why are they making such an affidavit which evokes communalism amongst our Indians?
Also, one of the most shocking thing present UPA government did was divding Indian ARMY on the base of caste. Now UPA came up with Reservation for Muslims in Indian ARMY. Indian ARMY personell has only 1 religion and that is “INDIA”.. now by giving reservation in INDIAN army wht signal are we giving to our citizens?
ALSO, I PERSONALLY DON’T UNDERSTAND THE USE OF THIS WORD CALLED “MINORITY”. NO ONE IS MINOR OR NO ONE IS MAJOR… ALL OF US ARE INDIAN. BY DIVIDING US AS MINORITY AND MAJORITY RESERVATION, CONGRESS, SP, BSP, LJP, RJP IS ALL THE MORE CREATING CASE OF DIVIDE AND RULE. Congress say Muslims are in Minority. BUT I WANT TO ASK MY MUSLIM BROTHERS ONLY… NUMBER OF MUSLIMS IN INDIA ARE MUCH MORE THAN WHAT IN PAKISTAN AND BANGLADESH AND MORE OVER IN MUCH BETTER CONDITIONS TOO COMPARED TO THESE 2 COUNTRIES… THEN R WE REALLY MINOR..? WHY R WE NOT UNDERSTANIG TRUE FACE OF THIS SO CALLED “SECULAR” GOVT..?
MY DEAR FRIENDS, ISSUES PERTAING TO PRESENT GOVERNMENT ARE COUNTLESS. These were some of the broad issues which really makes me think is it for this reason I voted for this government? In the name of Secularism, all these things are completely unacceptable. And UPA has failed on these issues considerably. And SORRY FOR USING this word called “UPA”… as all you know, it is no more UPA. RJD, LJP, NCP, SP etc alliance parties are standing against each other and Congress in UP, BIHAR AND MAHARASHTRA and Interestingly each party has their own PM candidate in waiting. Because for these parties.. It is “KISSA KURSI KA”
JUST ONE FINAL REQUEST…. Please CAST YOUR VOTE THIS TIME.. NOT FOR SOMEONE WHOM YOU ALWAYS VOTE FOR BUT FOR INDIA’S SECURITY, RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND SO CALLED CUMMUNAL FORCES AND AGAINST THESE MEDIA PEOPLE WHO KEEP HIDING ABOVE FACTS.
IF YOU DO NOT CAST YOUR VOTE…. YOU DO NOT HAVE MORAL RIGHT OF BLAMING A POLITICIAN
JAI HIND… VANDE MATARAM……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY QUESTIONS TO ALL MY INDIANS

Dance of Democracy
On Monday, Election Commission set the ball rolling for election to the 15th Lok Sabha. This election will be the biggest in terms of no. of voters participating. It is also expected to be the most expensive ever. But most important, this will be (or at least should be) a big test of Indian youth's faith in democracy.
At present, we are facing a long range of problems. Terrorism, Global recession, Unrest in neighbouring countries, Mistrust among various groups on basis of religion, region, language, etc. , Global Warming and Pollution, and many more. In these times, we (the common people) have the important task of choosing the persons who we think are capable of leading us. We have to make the elections a success, if we want to see India as a success story.
Firstly, we have to understand that voting is not a right but a duty. Unless and untill, we participate in this process, we can't expect that the leaders will change themselves. We have to be the change we want to see. In the past 1 year, i have come across three movies telling us the same thing, Mumbai Meri Jaan, A Wednesday, Delhi 6. Naseerudin Shah in A Wednesday rightly said that it is our house and we have to clean it. The question is how to do it??? One of the easiest way is use your power to vote. Mumbai Meri Jaan showed us the spirit which we need to maintain in these times. And when we think of all the shortcomings that India is having, we need to first look into ourselves to get rid of our own kaala bandar before pointing fingers at others.
It is true that we can't change the situation in one elections but we need to make a start. The cynics always say all are bad, there is no use using article 49-O, because those votes don't count for anything. But we need to see the broader picture. If in a constituency, the number of votes in Form 17-A is significant, then won't the parties try to capture those votes??? The parties will listen to only those who can vote for them. If u want to be listened then do the needful.
Also, we need to make sure that we don't vote on the basis of caste, creed, region, religion, etc. If you believe in a party's idealogy, vote for it. If you think a particular person is best suited to lead us, then vote accordingly. But make sure, you factor in everything while doing so. It should not be that in wanting a good person as PM (or CM, Mayor), you are choosing a bad person as your MP, MLA or corporator. The first priority shall be to get rid of all these criminals in the politics.
The other big set of lousy politicians are the celebrities. Govinda, Dharmendra, etc.have been doing nothing during their tenures and we still keep on electing them again because we like them. There is nothing wrong in filmstars joining politics. But the problem lies when they just become MPs but don't even attend Parliament (which as such has so less meetings). We have examples of Sunil Dutt, Jayalalitha, N T Rama Rao, etc. who have converted completely from being cinestars to politicians. Being an MP should not be seen as a part time job of filmstars and businessman.
Lastly, let all of us join hands to make India a superpower. Lets be the light of hope for democracy in our volatile neighbourhood. Let us make sure that we all vote and vote against all that is wrong. Lets swear to stand up for a better India. Swear to weed out corruption, religion, criminals, and good for nothing celebrities from politics.
